Paras S.P.

Founder & Managing Partner​

Paras is a skilled corporate lawyer with broad experience in legal matters and commercial transactions across various sectors, including manpower, industrial, power, and financial services. He has been involved in due diligence, drafting, and negotiating transactional documents for significant acquisitions, such as a digital bank and an insurance company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Additionally, he has advised a major vehicle manufacturing company on investment, corporate structure, and legal compliance, aiding their production of electric vehicles in Indonesia.

Now based in Bali, Paras focuses on the real estate market, providing reliable guidance on land and property matters. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape, emphasizing trust and transparency to build lasting client relationships.

Hersapta Mulyono

Founder & Senior Partner

Hersapta is a highly experienced and accomplished lawyer with almost 20 years of practice experience. Having founded and headed legal practice firms, he has successfully represented and advised clients in highly complex transactions covering a wide range of legal practice areas. His core skills and practice areas include public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate and project financing (conventional and sharia), merger and acquisitions, debt restructuring and bankruptcy, foreign investment, real estate and hospitality, startup and emerging companies.

His comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding of the legal complexities associated make him an invaluable asset to his clients. Hersapta’s previous experience as the head in-house counsel at prominent extractive industry groups gave him a strong understanding of business process. As a result, Hersapta is a lawyer who has not just a solid grasp of laws and regulations, but also one that has business perspective, pragmatic attitude and creative thinking. Hersapta's areas of practice include capital markets, foreign investments, corporate finance, debt restructuring, merger and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial.

He completed his education from the University of Indonesia and later obtained his LL.M from Kyushu University, Japan, in 2015. He is member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), and other lawyer associations of mining, tax, mediation, and data protection. He is a licensed Capital Market Professional at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and a licensed Financial Market Supporting Professional at the Bank of Indonesia.​

Jenniffer Engeline

Associated Partner

Jenniffer is a partner who specializes in the capital market and the financial services sector. With more than a decade’s worth of experience as practicing lawyer and in-house positions, Jenniffer has an extensive experience in complex and major securities issuance and transactions under the purview of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), particularly for state-owned enterprises, services and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Theta Law, she spent tenure at two mid prominent law firms in Jakarta. She had also spent several years in managerial position at the largest and most integrated media group in Indonesia.

​She graduated from Faculty of Law, Trisakti University in 2008 and has been in legal practice since 2010. Jenniffer is member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM).

Made Andhini Candradevi

Made Andhini Candradevi, a Junior Legal Associate and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Udayana University, is currently focused on working in the legal field, specifically in business law, and has completed training on Building Permit (PBG) and Location Permit (SLF)​

Dewa Ayu Sri Sathyawati

Dewa Ayu Sri Sathyawati is a junior associate at Theta Law and a graduate of Universitas Udayana's Faculty of Law, specializing in civil law.
